We believe great coffee should be easy to find.

Our mission

Specialty coffee is one of the most exciting things you can drink, and one of the hardest to navigate. Sane exists to connect curious drinkers with the people quietly making extraordinary cups, and to give those makers a living platform that moves as fast as their menus.

Our story

Sane started with a simple frustration: chasing a bean across town only to find it sold out. We thought the map should know. So we built one (live, curated, and obsessed with freshness), starting in the city that inspired it, Zürich.
